No. You keep your existing Zelle email and bank — AxeFee never touches your money and never stores any banking credentials. Funds always land directly in your account, same as before.
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account in Settings and checkout pages will offer Card alongside Zelle. Funds go straight to your Stripe balance — AxeFee adds $0 on top of Stripe's standard ~3.5% + $0.30. Customers see the fee at checkout and can switch to fee-free Zelle if they prefer.
Most of the time we still match it — AxeFee checks sender name, amount, and timing across all your open orders. Edge cases land in your dashboard's review queue with full context for one-click resolution. The funds are never lost — they're already in your bank account.
Zelle is final settlement — no chargebacks, ever. The funds are yours the moment they land. (Card payments still carry standard chargeback risk, since they go through Stripe.) For refunds, AxeFee tracks every request in your dashboard so you can issue refunds via Zelle yourself with one click.
